Lead with Val
I empower leaders to show up for their brightest, most authentic selves as an educator, mentor, coach, and storyteller. The creation of an inspiring and supportive space to foster growth and share wisdom, community, and connection is the culmination of my life’s work.
As an enthusiastic ambassador and champion invested in your transcendent success, I believe leader development and learning should be transformative and fun! We explore themes relating to leading self such as authenticity, vision, personal brand, legacy, resilience, positivity, role models, motivation, accountability, peer-to-peer mentoring, values, purpose, family leadership, and much more. I offer workshops, retreats, group and one to one coaching experiences of the highest quality. I am committed to excellence and bringing my very best to the table to deliver massive value and results.
I was born with rose-colored glasses on, a silver linings, glass half-full kind of girl in the core of my DNA, an expert at making lemonade out of life’s lemons. As a longtime survivor of serious health conditions, I know how to practice relentless optimism when things are burning down all around me. How to see meaning and purpose coalescing through the flames, how to catalyze a crisis and rise to the occasion. I have had lots of practice spinning the most challenging of situations into positive outcomes.
Learning to thrive and serve from a place of strength allows us to have a deeper, more expansive impact in the world. I’ve always said I would teach and write later in life, when I had something to teach and write about. I have walked the walk and have so much to share. I am thrilled to have you on this journey with me and look forward to growing together!
PS: I have over two decades of diverse experience leading individuals and teams across multiple sectors, including 10 years of world-class leadership development, facilitation, and design training from the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL®), a top-ranked global executive education provider. I am certified to deliver the Organization Workshop by Power + Systems and the Murphy-Meisgeier Type Indicator for Children® (MMTIC®) psychological type assessment. I have done live storytelling with The Monti and keynote speaking for a variety of organizations.
